Tri-Hub is ready for expansion

Expansion of the feature film value chain

Impuls, an entertainment consortium has been number 1 in the independent home entertainment sector in Switzerland for years. Traditionally, Impuls has been active in the business areas of DVD marketing, sales, merchandising, license trading and co-production. Impuls now, however, together with Rialto has expanded into the area of theatrical distribution. Rialto is managing, on behalf of Impuls, the business areas of feature film acquisitions and theatrical licensing. Rialto has been active for almost 50 years in feature film sales, distribution and trading (Cinema, DVD and TV). Similarly, Rialto has acquired, in its long history, the sales and distribution rights for many Oscar prize-winners and box office hits. www.ihe.biz

Expansion in film licensing

The Clandestine group, domiciled in the show-biz capital, Los Angeles, California, supervises and advises international motion picture licensing firms, production companies and directors on the development of their projects, film productions, financing and rights sales. Clandestine has built up and supplemented its network through the acquisition of ShowBiz Data, one of the biggest B2B-platforms in the entertainment industry today. Clandestine has risen to the position of being one of the leading information and knowledge-brokers in the film industry in 2010. Clandestine, itself a top rated developer of internet technologies is therefore an ideal partner for the THI daughters Rialto and Monopol. www.clandestine-service.com

The seed has been sown and now it is time for the harvest!

Our new strategic partnerships and expansion into the additional business areas of entertainment and processing will increase our existing stable revenues realized from our existing theatrical and DVD feature film business. We expect this to create a marked  increase in future profits. It is anticipated the partnership with Impuls will  double Rialto’s revenues over the coming 18 months. Our new partnerships and ongoing cooperation within Content Brokers will realize substantial revenues in 2010, particularly by promoting Content Brokers developed content platform for the telecommunications industry. Additionally, Media Packers participation on large film and TV projects (without  financial production risk!) will provide unparalleled revenues and earnings growth for the THI group in 2011.
